At the esteemed Stroke meeting, we presented our state-of-the-art medical device, the Dolphin TCD Transcranial Doppler System. This cutting-edge technology has had a significant impact on medical practitioners, allowing for accurate and efficient diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
During the meeting, the Dolphin TCD system was also demonstrated through the monitoring of patients, both with a manual Dolphin TCD headset and the unique Dolphin/XF TCD robotic probe.
Notably, the performance of the robotic device impressed a large crowd of medical technologists, sonographers, and physicians, who were able to see the device in action. They all realized the benefits it brings to the field of TCD cerebrovascular diagnosis.
So what is the Dolphin TCD? It is a Transcranial Doppler System, a non-invasive ultrasound device that uses ultrasound frequencies to detect blood flow velocities in the major blood vessels of the brain. This special technology provides detailed information on blood flow velocities at different depths along the ultrasound beam that penetrates the skull. This tool helps doctors to quickly diagnose conditions such as stroke, aneurysms, and other cerebrovascular diseases.

Moreover, the unique and special Dolphin/XF TCD robotic probe, which allows for the automatic location of the probe during bilateral monitoring of cerebral flow, was one of the highlights of the stroke meeting.
